1. Service Description

JanaWorld is an Arabic educational games platform designed for children aged 2 to 5 years. The platform provides interactive games, stories, and activities for practicing letters, numbers, movement, and creativity in an ad-free environment.

2. Account Creation

• Families may browse content and play without creating an account
• Account creators must be 18 years of age or older
• The parent or legal guardian is responsible for the account
• A valid email address must be provided
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• One account per family is permitted
• A free account is required only for saved progress, child profiles, and the parent dashboard

3. Open Access and Subscription Terms

• Beta: Jana World is in beta. Every available game, story, and activity is open free of charge, without an account or payment card, through December 31, 2026
• Free parent account: Includes saved progress, child profiles, personalization, parent-dashboard summaries, and play controls
• After the beta: We reserve the right to change prices, features, and access to any content, including offering it through a paid subscription or discontinuing it, at our discretion. Any change will be posted on this page
• No paid subscription or automatic charge begins without an adult's explicit choice and disclosure of the price and renewal terms before payment
• Any existing subscription can be managed or canceled from account settings without cancellation fees

4. Acceptable Use

By using JanaWorld, you agree to:

• Use the platform for educational and entertainment purposes only
• Not attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Not copy or distribute platform content without permission
• Not use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Supervise your child's use of the platform

5. Intellectual Property

All content on JanaWorld — including games, graphics, audio, text, and designs — is the intellectual property of JanaWorld or its licensors. No part of the content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• JanaWorld is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties
• We do not guarantee that the service will be continuously available or error-free
• We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from use of the service
• Our maximum liability does not exceed amounts paid in the preceding three months

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via your registered email or through a clear notice on the platform. Your continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
